Once you complete your 6-week intensive in Bali, you will receive your official Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certificates. These UK-regulated qualifications are the primary key to working in the fitness industry anywhere in the world. Your digital credentials will be issued following the completion of your practical assessments and theory tasks.

Step 2: Join CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
As the UK’s primary professional body, registration with CIMSPA identifies you as a certified professional on their national register, providing instant credibility to global employers. This membership marks you as a qualified practitioner eligible for professional insurance and employment in the highest-quality gym environments.

Step 3: Request your "Letter of Portability"
To unlock global opportunities, you will use your CIMSPA membership to access international transfer benefits. Because Active IQ courses are mapped to global standards, you can request a Letter of Portability to move your credentials between national registers in the ICREPs network, such as EREPS or AUSactive. This step allows you to check specific local regulations on international transfers and first aid requirements to ensure you are fully compliant in your new home.

Step 4: Ongoing Mentorship
Your journey continues with our 12-month mentorship initiative, specifically designed to support your career start. You will have access to monthly catch-ups with seasoned professionals and a dedicated Alumni group to stay connected and get career advice as you plan and build your own personal training business.
