Daily Schedule/ Job Description:
I coach 1-to-1 and group classes for seniors, design personalised workout programs, track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly, and plan themed and special classes to keep workouts engaging and effective.
Favorite Workout Style: Functional training

Current Fitness Position:
Fitness community builder, activewear founder, and entrepreneur building businesses around movement and wellness. Preparing to launch group classes and offer personal training (virtual and in-person) spring 2026.
Daily Schedule/ Job Description:
Currently balancing the development of my activewear line with building a movement-focused community in Amsterdam. This includes launching a run club in spring, leading group fitness classes, developing community partnerships, and gradually onboarding 1:1 personal training clients. I’m also developing cross-community programming between Bali and Amsterdam. Alongside this, my current day job is in tech, so my days are split between in-person fitness, digital product development, and business growth.

Hyzel
Name: Hyzel Elfira
Nationality: Malaysian
Qualified Since: 2025
Current Fitness Position: I’m a Bali-based Strength and Conditioning Coach coaching across several gyms in Canggu, including Omni, Body Craft Elements, Infinitus, and Power + Revive, while expanding my partnerships within the local fitness community.
I provide one-to-one coaching both in person and online, and lead in-person group training sessions focused on strength and performance.

My work centres on structured strength training, conditioning, and practical nutrition guidance.
I help clients, particularly women, build strength, confidence, and sustainable routines that translate into everyday life.

Strength and conditioning with functional elements; combining heavy lifts, athletic-style conditioning, and performance-driven training.
Georgie

Daily Schedule/ Job Description:
At the moment, my clients are mostly for strength gains and fat loss, so sessions are varied but I usually see around 4-5 clients per day, if I have time I film a YouTube video in between/in the morning, and hopefully fit in some tennis or my own training too!
Favorite Workout Style:
A mix of everything! I love a met/con or strength and conditioning when I feel energised, a strength session to feel grounded and strong, a Pilates 1x week/every now and again, and I’m a big tennis player so ~3x a week that’s my cardio! (And the odd run every now and again!)

Muthu

Current Fitness Position: Currently own and run a fitness studio called Club Everstrong. In the Indian market, there was a huge gap for premium fitness. So started a longevity-focused fitness space targeting the premium market. USP - longevity report - picked 12 different markers for longevity, run test on all clients once in 3 months. Give them all proper support. Diet, training, recovery.
We have 1:4 coach and client ratio group classes. At an hour we handle only 16 clients with 4 station format and 4 coaches on the floor. Each coach travels along with his 4 clients to all stations. We also have red light therapy, sauna, and ice plunges for recovery. All are personalised. Ice plunges are temperature-controlled, and sessions are guided as well!
Daily Schedule/ Job Description:
Took me 3 months to train my trainers according to my format and give them knowledge on longevity and recovery. Now focusing on advertising and client procurement!

Gym Manager and Personal Trainer (Bali)
Daily schedule/job description:
I currently manage all daily gym operations and oversee a team of 13 staff, including receptionists, cleaners, baristas, and a fitness instructor trainee. I am in charge of monitoring staff performance and supporting team development, including mentoring the trainee instructor.
Aside from management of the facility, I also look after the delivery of the programs including:
- Plan and deliver group classes, masterclasses and special pop-up training events
- Design and conduct 1:1 personal training sessions and small group PT sessions tailored to individual goals
- Develop customized training programs based on client needs, performance level and progression
Favorite workout style:
My focus is on hypertrophy and strength training for muscle growth I prefer using supersets and drop sets to increase training intensity, emphasizing proper technique and strong mind-muscle connection in both compound and isolation exercises for balanced development

Current Fitness Position:
Calisthenics Coach (Australia)
Daily Schedule/ Job Description:
I coach structured classes split into three distinct formats: Fitness, Skills, and Stretch & Mobility. Our Fitness sessions build raw strength and conditioning using bodyweight fundamentals. The Skills classes are where we zoom in and dissect specific calisthenics movements. Right now we’re working on the straddle handstand and ring muscle-up, breaking them down layer by layer so athletes understand not just how to do them, but how to own them.
Our Stretch & Mobility sessions focus on building strength at end range, improving active flexibility, and developing control where people are usually weakest. It’s not just about moving further, it’s about being strong when you get there.
Favorite Workout Style:
Calisthenics. Always.
Anything on my hands and upside down has my heart. Handstands, presses, balance work. I love the precision, the patience, and the quiet conversation between you and gravity.

Current fitness position:
Personal Trainer (UK) and Online Coach
Daily schedule/job description:
I currently work as a Personal Trainer at David Lloyds which is a premium health club in the UK. I deliver all these sessions in person, and look after all aspects of my clients health and wellbeing including fitness, lifestyle and habits. I also take care of gym inductions, group classes and online client programming.
I also developed an Online Coaching Platform called Config.Club which offers Elite Level 1:1 Coaching for clients wherever they are in the world.
Favorite workout style:
I am very much into free weight resistance training, and also Hyrox sessions for my conditioning.

Nurul

Current fitness position:
Full time Personal trainer at Equinox Gold Coast, Chicago.
Part time Kettlebell flow group instructor at The Garage Chicago.
Daily schedule/job description:
As a PT at Equinox: I work 4-5 days a week. I do consultation and goal planning/setting, design personalized programs (usually 12 and 24 weeks), and the 1:1 in person sessions.
As a group trainer at The Garage: I lead a kettlebell flow in a heated room. Only do a couple of classes per week in my free time.
Favorite workout style:
Group training, workinf out with my friends. Strength training/hybrid training anything group workout I love it!
