COURSES
3 WEEKS
Level 2 Fitness Trainer
Our 3-week Level 2 Fitness Trainer course will qualify you globally to teach group workouts and work in the gym.
You’ll learn anatomy and physiology, types of training, basic nutrition, programming and health + safety. Course content is designed and verified by Active IQ and will gain you entry to the Register of Exercise Professionals.
6 WEEKS
Level 2 + 3 Personal Fitness Trainer
Our 6-week combined Level 2 Gym Instructor + Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma will qualify you globally to train groups, work in the gym and provide life-changing coaching to clients 1-on-1.
You’ll also gain work experience, conduct case studies and learn how to plan and build your own personal training business. This combined course also gives you access to our mentorship program for 12 months.

This means that they are a global standard, and can be transferred to use in any country which is governed by the Register of Exercise Professionals. The key difference lies in the job roles you can pursue. Level 2 qualifies you as a Gym Instructor or Group Class Trainer, eligible for REPs registration and employment. Level 3, a Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma, includes all Level 2 privileges plus the ability to train clients one-on-one and the knowledge to start and manage your Personal Training business.
