Level 2 Gym Instructor + Level 3 Personal Trainer

Our 6-week combined Level 2 Gym Instructor + Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma will qualify you globally to train groups, work in the gym and provide life-changing coaching to clients 1-on-1. You’ll also gain work experience, conduct case studies and learn how to plan and build your own successful personal training business to hit the ground running.

6 week course | 5 days per week | 6 hours per day

  • Learn how to train clients, teach group classes, create programs and and be able to work in (or start your own) gym or studio

  • Learn about Anatomy and Physiology including Muscles, Bones, and Systems in the body (Advanced)

  • Learn how to deliver safe and effective group exercise programs including hands-on, real world work experience

  • Learn how to motivate clients to help with their goals and create transformations that change peoples’ lives.

  • Learn how to influence nutrition, diet, and lifestyle choices including macronutrients, calorie balance and working with special populations

  • Learn how to launch your career in Health + Fitness including a social media workshop and careers advice from industry leaders.

  • Learn how to develop your Health + Fitness Business to ensure you know what it takes to build from the ground up.
